(I) An “enforcement order” is a seizure order issued by the AEA prohibiting the obligor from collecting monetary claim against a third party or making other dispositions. An enforcement order also prohibits that third party from repaying the obligor.

(II) For example, if the obligor has a bank deposit, an enforcement order can prohibit the obligor from making withdrawal from the bank. Another common type of enforcement order is a seizure order against an obligor’s salaries.

(III) After receiving an enforcement order, make contact with the branch of AEA that is responsible for your case, and if you can’t repay the debt at once, you can also make petition to the personnel in charge for payment in installments.
