(I) After the branch of AEA receives a case from the competent administrative authority, a payment notice corresponding to that case will be sent to the obligor’s residence or domicile. The obligor must performance the obligation before the expiration date on the notice; otherwise the enforcement executor will start a procedure such as a seizure order prohibiting the obligor from collecting monetary claim against a third party.

(II) If you receive a payment notice, make sure you pay the fees on it, and if you have any questions about the monetary obligation on the notice, make contact with enforcement executor responsible for your case.
