Administrative enforcement may damage personal rights and interests, and it should be carried out carefully especially when enforcement personnel visit obligors in person during enforcement process. Therefore, Article V, Item 3 of the Administrative Execution Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) stipulates that executors should provide identification to obligors during an execution in order to protect people from illegal or inappropriate enforcement. Identification includes employee ID card, personal identification or other documents.
