(I) Commencement of administrative enforcement indicates commencement of enforcement procedures carried out by enforcement authorities. Execution of action or non-action should be carried out by the original disciplinary agency or the competent administrative authority. In terms of obligatory payment under public law, the enforcement authority shall be the Ministry of Justice’s branch of Administrative Enforcement Agency. Failure to honor monetary obligations before the deadline would result in the case being sent to the AEA.

(II) The purpose pf administrative enforcement is to force an obligor to perform its obligations. In any of the following circumstances, administrative enforcement should be terminated: 1. the obligor completely performs the obligation; 2. the obligation has been finished executing; 3. the performance of the obligation is proved to be impossible.
