If an obligatory party can provide written proof and clearly state the reasons for non-payment, such as economic conditions or major property loss due to force majeure, upon consent of the transferring agency, the administrative enforcement branch can approve 2-36 installment payments, depending on the amount owed, according to Point 4 of the "Implementation Summary of Approval of Installment Payment for Administrative Enforcement Events".
